Exceptional Mediterranean Cuisine
Working in tandem, executive chef Richard Vicens and chef Daniel Do Vale draw on the very best the local terroir has to offer. This is the inspiration for their gastronomic expertise and carefully-crafted cuisine with its subtle Mediterranean accents. And their red tuna, sea bream, sea bass, octopus and squid dishes are sure to enchant lovers of ocean flavours.

Lobster and beef tenderloin with truffles add a classic touch, while sun-drenched peppers, tomatoes, melon and basil lend a fresh twist to salads and side dishes.
Our pastry chef Daniel Ruyer makes the desserts to order, creating wonderfully sweet indulgences such as the must-try creamy Tarte Tropézienne, accompanied by fresh fruit.
